Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
